helpful staff necessary amenities convenient location
i found the hotel staff to be very helpful . the room had all the necessary amenities, including a well-stocked minibar. i also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided. the location was very convenient, near many shops and restaurants.
the noise from the street was quite noticeable, especially during the morning hours.

the hotel gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the spa area provided a sauna, steam room, and a relaxation zone, also a range of treatments was available at an extra cost.

the concierge assisted with dinner reservations and provided helpful travel advice. housekeeping services were prompt and efficient, they ensured the room remained clean and tidy throughout my stay. the front desk staff handled check-in and check-out efficiently.

chaotic breakfast inflexible policy
The location was very convenient. I could walk to most places i wanted to visit.
I was quite disappointed. the breakfast setup seemed chaotic, and the organization needs improvement. furthermore, when paying such a high price for a room, i expected more flexibility with late check-out. i requested only 30 extra minutes, but they denied my request. This felt quite rigid and commercially unwise. the staff didn't seem to care about a loyal customer's request.

Really good Concierge and Prime Location
danube view buffet spread dinner reservations
I asked for an upgrade and received a beautiful room with a Danube view (it was such a wonderful surprise!). A welcome gift was also waiting for me in the room. The breakfast was amazing, as is typical in high-end European hotels. The buffet had a great variety, and there was even an à la carte menu. The concierge arranged all my dinner reservations, and the restaurants were excellent.
The lack of a mid-range dining option was a bit disappointing.

location good, but some problems
slow service confusing tv system
my stay wasn't as smooth as i hoped. i got to the hotel and my room wasn't quite ready. i had to wait a bit, a little annoying after a long journey. also, i found that the tv system was hard for me to use. it took way too long to figure it out and i missed my shows.
